Robert Tellone

As Vice President of Service Delivery at Columbia Advisory Group, Robert Tellone is responsible for ensuring the customer service experience for both the company and its clients is professional, sincere, and reflective of corporate culture. He assists in driving structure as well as enhancing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction strategies.

Robert is also responsible for the creation and direction of the Audio Visual Solutions division, which is now one of the fastest growing areas within Columbia Advisory Group. The AVS practice began as a project with one of Columbia’s largest clients. The growing use of multimedia has fueled the expansion, which now includes education, healthcare, hospitality, Fortune 1000 corporations, and entertainment venues.

Robert has comprehensive knowledge in service delivery, business development, rightsizing, and technology. Robert co-founded several start-ups including,, and vBC Cloud; he has sat on advisory boards for SonicWall, Kace, LANDesk, VMware, and the Help Desk Institute. During his time in Silicon Valley, he helped pioneer such technologies as Disaster Recovery As A Service (DRAAS) and the Private Cloud Appliance. He and his company, vBC Cloud, were acknowledged by CRN Magazine at the first annual Cloud Connect conference in 2010 for demystifying the Cloud.

His experience ranges across a variety of industries, including information technology, higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, staffing, cloud computing, and financial services.

Robert and his wife Samantha reside in Dallas, Texas with their two pugs, Basher and Belly.
