Christine Conwell is the Director of Talent Acquisition for Columbia Advisory Group where she is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and IT professionals to recruit and build world-class teams. Conwell has managed several national client relationships, conducting searches for matrixed organizations, co-sourced services, and rapidly growing environments at all levels within the IT organization.
With more than 20 years of recruiting and account management executive experience, specializing in the areas of Information Technology and Audit/Finance, Conwell has built national recruiting and client executive teams that provide staffing, direct hire, and executive talent acquisition for middle-market niche firms and multi-billion dollar enterprises.
Conwell’s previous experience as a firm owner and CEO provide a wealth of recruiting industry experience, such as applicant tracking system (ATS) implementation and improvement projects, training and education modeling, internet search techniques, client relationship management, negotiation tactics, high-performance team management, and much more.
Additionally, Conwell co-founded a national business hiring solutions and professional consulting firm based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Her organization was a national partner for four of the top eight professional service firms and was successful in obtaining several national agreements with Fortune 500 companies.
Conwell received her Bachelors of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of North Texas. She and her husband, Steve, reside in Flower Mound, TX.
